Enter The Steam Plant parking lot via 3rd Street or Webster Street. Both entrances are clearly marked with a “Steam Plant Event Parking” sign. Parking is FREE for Steam Plant guests AT ALL TIMES!

There is a small lot adjacent to The Steam Plant and a larger lot beyond the fence line with a total of 150 parking spaces. Both lots are Steam Plant property. Neighboring office patrons have access to the large lot only Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

There are spots in the large lot reserved for Steam Plant guests at all times. These spots are on the perimeter of the lot and designated with signage. All other spots in the large lot are first come first served or marked reserved (handicap and a few for guests of the neighboring offices)

There are an additional 150 parking spaces available for “overflow” once our two lots are full. Look for directional signage to The 2nd Street Market (corner of 2nd and Webster) for additional parking or park in front of The Steam Plant on 3rd Street. Again, parking is FREE for Steam Plant guests at all times!
