Lynn Vaughn

Lynn Casella Vaughn is a second-generation owner of FC Industries with decades of diverse experience and a strong commitment to the growth and success of the family business. She holds a degree in Education from Wright State University and has developed a career grounded in leadership, operational excellence, and cross-functional expertise.
Since 2010, Lynn has served as Corporate VP. She is involved in all front office operations, including Accounting and Finance, Payroll, IT, Marketing, HR, and Facilities Management. Her extensive experience across multiple departments — from administration, purchasing, and sales to her role as Project Administrator at AFC Tool from 2003 to 2009 — provides her with a comprehensive understanding of the company’s operations and a unique perspective on driving sustainable growth. Before 2003, Lynn was in various roles and responsibilities at FC, including sales, purchasing, and administration.
Lynn is passionate about fostering a collaborative culture and leverages her broad skill set to support the team, streamline processes, and position FC Industries as a leader in the manufacturing industry.

Results driven CFO with extensive experience in manufacturing and automotive parts suppliers. He has driven cost savings through lean initiatives and optimizing working capital while leading financial and treasury strategy. Extensive Experience in Budget, forecasting, ERP implementations, legal and tax policy while managing cross functional teams. Led several mergers and acquisitions from the initial discussion to the final purchase settlement. He has been active in mentoring within accounting and management disciplines.

Previously, he served as Business Development Manager at BarSplice Products, focusing on market expansion and customer relationships. Woodrow brings a strong background in strategic communication and is dedicated to strengthening brand identity and supporting FC’s continued growth.
